BL Ohio started over 20 years ago, born out of hotel/lodging maintenance, and was busy for many years servicing hotels for Marriot and Hilton companies, their GMs, up to their district managers. Performing full service full scale capital remodels and ground up builds, in the Dayton area and from The Northern East Coast of New York all the way down to The Southern End of Florida.
BL Ohio grew with the changing economy and demands abroad, providing services not just for lodging companies, but for Property Management Companies, Owners, and Landlords. Expanding into Property Management, Property Flips, and Apartments, on the Real Estate side, and expanding into Residential Remodels, Builds, Flips, Insurance Claims, and More.

We have been providing clients for years with quality and affordable jobs done right the first time. We understand the stresses of hiring someone you may not be experienced with but we promise to treat you like family the moment we first step on your property.
Bertchlynn began as a property investment company specializing in purchasing and renovating apartments, duplexes, and more. Bertchlynn than grew into providing services for commercial hotel management corporations throughout the eastern United States. In turn this expanded not only into commercial but into residential contracting as well. During the crash in 07-08′, Bertchlynn managed to leave the failing commercial hotel industry for more private residential and other commercial property management clients.
Since then Bertchlynn has expanded into what it is today. Bertchlynn Properties, Bertchlynn Services, and more. We provide service for a variety of clients and we can meet most every need for most any project big or small.
At Bertchlynn we are driven by our passions to do quality work for fine folks at a reasonable price. Passion is a major driving force in most small businesses, which is why folks turn to local small businesses, because of the trust in the true quality of work that is provided, especially for companies like us that do not advertise.
We have never advertised except to hand out a few company cards upon request of our many clients, residential and commercial. Clients ask why we don’t advertise, its because the word of mouth is far more powerful than any money spent on advertising! Its that simple! We then pass down the savings to our clients when they refer their friends, family, coworkers, and supervisors, to us, so they too can experience the Bertchlynn Experience!
The Bertchlynn Experience is something we strive to maintain a consistency that is unparalleled to other general contractors you typically find. During tough times during the financial crisis, Aaron struggled to lay off workers, realizing that his workers had families to support he continued that consistency of the experience Bertchlynn offered, not just the experience given to our clients, but the same that is given to those working for Bertchlynn.
Our partners and associates are always paid a living wage, as most of them have families outside of Bertchlynn too care for and too support. It is only because of our associates that we are able to do the work we do and to have the business we have, working for those in the communities, in and around Dayton, and beyond. Our partners and associates are well experienced adults ranging from ages 18-55, who have a passion and a determination to provide excellent quality work consistently. We have many many delighted clients who we have provided outstanding service too, who call us time and time again over other contractors in the local area.
